Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Bank Transfer: Direct deposit / wire transfer
- E-Transfer: Interac e-Transfer (Canada)
Project Payments
For new projects, our standard payment structure is:
- 50% deposit to begin work
- 50% balance upon project completion, before launch
For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments.
Recurring Payments
For maintenance and hosting plans:
- Billed monthly on the same date each month
- Automatic payment via saved card
- Receipts sent automatically via email
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
Invoices & Receipts
All invoices and receipts are:
- Sent via email when generated
- Available in your client portal
- Include all details needed for your records
