We keep billing simple and transparent. Here's everything you need to know about payments.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Bank Transfer: Direct deposit / wire transfer
  • E-Transfer: Interac e-Transfer (Canada)

Project Payments

For new projects, our standard payment structure is:

  • 50% deposit to begin work
  • 50% balance upon project completion, before launch

For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments.

Recurring Payments

For maintenance and hosting plans:

  • Billed monthly on the same date each month
  • Automatic payment via saved card
  • Receipts sent automatically via email
  • Cancel anytime with 30 days notice

Invoices & Receipts

All invoices and receipts are:

  • Sent via email when generated
  • Available in your client portal
  • Include all details needed for your records
